Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Any order cancellation after this period will result in the non-refund of the previously paid deposit.
Conditions for returns:
No returns are accepted if the wedding date has passed; an official proof will be required before considering any return requests.
You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to make a return.
Once we receive your package, we will perform an inspection. If the dress is eligible for a return, you will be refunded the total amount excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The dress has only been worn for fitting.
No odors or makeup stains are acceptable.
Ensure the tag is attached to the dress.
The dress must be in its original packaging and condition.
The following dresses cannot be returned:
Dresses made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Dresses ordered from abroad (outside France).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Return of Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
