### Article 1 – Contracting Parties

### Article 2 – Purpose of the Contract

The purpose of this contract is to determine the rights and responsibilities of the contracting parties (buyer and seller), in accordance with the current regulations on the procedures and application bases of distance contracts (No. 29188), as well as the Consumer Protection Act (No. 6502) regarding the sale and remote delivery of goods and services via the website www.maisondistinguee.com.

The online sales services of www.maisondistinguee.com to any individual (private person) or legal entity (company) are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC), which the customer agrees to comply with. Maison Distinguée reserves the right to modify the GTC of the website www.maisondistinguee.com at any time. The modifications are valid from the day they are posted on the website www.maisondistinguee.com.

The buyer accepts and declares in accordance with the provisions of this contract that they acknowledge all preliminary information about the good/service subject to the sale, the delivery conditions, the payment type, and the main qualities of the products.

The invoice displayed on the payment page at the time of the order on www.maisondistinguee.com and the information provided by the customer are integral parts of this contract.

### Article 3 – Contract Date

This contract, made in two copies, and previously accepted by the seller, is accepted by the buyer upon their final acceptance materialized by the validation of their banking details (credit card number, expiration date, and security code). A copy of this contract will be sent to the customer at the customer's email address upon request.

### Article 4 – Delivery

The order will be delivered to the customer's address (provided during the creation of the customer account) or to any address mentioned by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are added to the price of the product(s) in the order (excluding free delivery).

Delivery costs may be offered during promotional campaigns or special offers. In such cases, the customer will be personally informed in advance at the email address provided when creating their customer account, or directly on the website www.maisondistinguee.com.

Regarding delivery costs, www.maisondistinguee.com reserves the right to implement, cancel, or modify any promotional offers and special offers at any time, without prior notice.

### Article 5 – Buyer’s Declarations and Commitments

Upon receiving their package, the buyer agrees to thoroughly inspect the packaging and the items in the presence of the delivery person. If the items are damaged, the packaging is torn, or defective, the buyer agrees not to accept them. Any received item will be considered in good condition. If the buyer wishes to return or exchange an item, it must remain in perfect condition.

No unpacked, untagged, or worn item will be eligible for return. In such cases, the buyer must include the exchange or return form received by email. Note that return costs are borne by the buyer.

### Article 6 – Seller’s Declarations and Commitments

The seller agrees to deliver the product(s) subject to the order in a complete and good condition. The seller cannot be held responsible for any additional delivery delays applied by the delivery company or for any damage or incidents that the latter may cause to the products or their delivery.

### Article 7 – Specifications of the Goods or Services Subject to the Contract

The type and nature, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price as well as tax information of the good or service appear on the website www.maisondistinguee.com and are an integral part of this contract.

### Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days following the receipt of their order. Any decision to withdraw must be communicated by phone or email to our customer service (see "contact us" section on www.maisondistinguee.com). The received products must be in perfect condition, unused. A product without a tag or packaging will not be accepted. If the date of your event has already passed, no refund will be issued.
